Purpose of the Post
The purpose of the post is to provide a social work service within a multi-disciplinary context and in so doing, ensuring a person-centred service to individuals and families underpinned by current ethics, legislation and disability social care philosophies. The Social Worker will manage a social work caseload. They will complete social work assessments and interventions as clinically indicated that seeks to improve the holistic health and social wellbeing of the service users. They will achieve this through the implementation of an accessible, equitable, person-centred service. They will support the professional development and supervision of student Social Workers as required.
