Programme Coordinator

Fexco Managed Services are currently recruiting for a Programme Coordinator to join the SEAI team on a full time, permanent contract. This role will be based in our office in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry, however remote/hybrid options are also available.

This role requires a candidate with strong organisational and excellent communication skills. As a Programme Coordinator for the SEAI contract, your main purpose is to support and manager the registration process across various programmes. Through effective management you will ensure the agreed programme milestones, objectives & targets between the client and the contact centre are achieved. You will drive opportunities for Continuous Improvement and work proactively and seamlessly with both the Fexco operations team and the wider programme teams within SEAI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the registrations process
  • Work closely with all stakeholders (internal and external) to identify requirements and scope
  • Create and maintain strong professional relationships with Business Sponsors, Stakeholders, and internal teams and departments.
  • Manage programme team, Programme communications and delivery commitments
  • Report weekly/monthly against targets and current programme status, providing accurate data insights for the Monthly Business Reviews.
  • Analyse reporting and data outputs to drive business process improvements and decision making
  • Take responsibility and ownership for the productivity of your programme team against programme milestones & targets
  • Form strong relationships with key stakeholders and stay up to date with SEAI’s objectives, plans and expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal FEXCO team to ensure effective understanding of the client requirements and a coordinated approach to delivery.
  • Delegate & manage actions required for the programme.
  • Practice the values of teamwork adopting a lead by example approach with your whole operation
  • Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer/client & FEXCO business needs
  • Direct your programme team to provide high quality customer service to the clients SLA
  • Work with operations (managers & fellow team members) to deliver best service for our clients & customers
  • Develop working procedures & processes to ensure you have the tools to effectively lead your programme teams
  • Provide comprehensive programme reports for client & FEXCO
  • Motivate your programme team members to perform at their optimum through understanding different personalities and tailoring your style accordingly
  • Use effective communication skills to ensure all functions are familiar and kept up to date on the programme progress and status of your programme performance
  • Act as point for contact for client queries and escalations
  • Lead and chair programme meetings, administer meeting minutes & actions trackers as required.
  • Investigate client queries for your related programmes
  • Support management, training & query resolution of other programmes where required
  • Demonstrate effective time management, multi-tasking & flexibility in relation to your workload.
  • Attend client or company meetings, workshops as required by client or operations
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required, determined by business needs.
