The key purpose of the Programme Coordinator role is to support the Head of Innovation to ensure the effective management and delivery of the Council’s portfolio of strategic innovation and corporate programmes. The LCCC Programme Coordinator focus is on a number of key programmes, initiatives and objectives with an outcome-based focus including, but not limited to, Belfast Region City Deal.
The Councils Innovation Team is leading, managing and developing on the achievement of the Council’s transformation agenda. As a member of this team the post holder will be required to support the Head of Innovation, Director of Organisation Development and Innovation, Chief Executive, Elected Members and the Senior Management Team working with key partners across a wide spectrum of services to oversee the programme delivery of strategic innovation and corporate programmes. The Councils current corporate priorities include Belfast Region City Deal, the Community Plan and programmes emerging from the Council’s 10 Year Investment Plan proposition.
