As a Programme Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of organisational change encompassing systems and processes across Primark’s Depot Estate.

You will be responsible for managing the full programme lifecycle across technical and business work streams, developing and implementing an effective plan to ensure the programme delivery is aligned to quality, cost and time objectives.

What You’ll Do:
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skill sets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across both Technology and the various business functions to identify, make recommendations, develop, and implement strategic solutions for the organization.
  • Manage key relationships within the business, and with identified strategic third-party partners.
  • Support the teams across new systems and changing ways of working, providing systems and delivery guidance to the teams.
  • Understand and monitor internal dependencies and external dependencies to other projects and programmes
  • Define the internal and external resourcing needs of the project teams within the programme
  • Management of a significant financial budget, working with Project managers/Work-Stream leads to track costs, monitor resource allocation and develop project plans
  • Own the systems and programme change roadmaps for the Business units. Identifying and driving major programmes of change to deliver the requirements of the company for customer service, value and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Educated to degree level with extensive and proven IT Management experience within a Corporate & International environment (Retail & Supply Chain desirable), of which 5 years should be operating at a Senior Programme Management level.
  • A proven track record of defining, driving and delivering complex solutions in a fast-paced international organisation.
  • Significant experience and applied knowledge of establishing cross-functional organisations
  • Functional understanding of Retail and Supply Chain systems, and how they interface from a process perspective to upstream and downstream business areas.
  • Experience in managing multiple delivery disciplines i.e. planning, requirements definition, business process development, organisational set-up and change, project delivery etc.
  • Experience in managing the onboarding evolution and specialist partners
