Job details:
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £26,669.79 per annum
Contract: Fixed term until 31st of March 2026
Location: Belfast/Remote

Job Background:
The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of vocational and employment-related programmes by coordinating bookings, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records. The postholder also provides general administrative support to enhance team performance and service delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To book all client vocational training including room bookings and lunches
To process all mileage and expenses claims in a prompt and efficient manner
Upload all client certificates to the CRM System
Book rooms and venues for employment and Numeracy, ESOL, Literacy and Digital Skills courses regionally
To capture client referral information from a dedicated online application site and referral paperwork

Essential Criteria:
Educated to 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths OR 2 A- Levels (passes) OR Level 2 Certificate / Diploma Business Administration / IT OR equivalent
1 years’ paid or unpaid experience working in an administration role
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
