Purpose of the Post

The purpose of this role is to lead, develop and advance integrated service design across the Mid West Region, driving the development of integrated models of

care, service pathways and governance arrangements that support the delivery of seamless community and acute services.

Operating under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director, the post holder will support the implementation of Sláintecare and Health Region reforms, ensuring

that service design and transformation initiatives are aligned with the strategic priorities of the Regional Executive Management Team.

The initial focus of the post will be to establish and operationalise development of integrated models of care (e.g. Integrated ENT / OPD Clinics) that support the delivery of seamless community and acute services.

The role requires a strong working relationship with the Mid West Planning & Performance team to ensure data-driven decision-making, effective governance,

and cross-service collaboration that enhances service quality, accountability, and outcomes for the population served.
