About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will use strong leadership and effective management to deliver safe, timely, profitable and high-quality projects – particularly steel-frame structures within residential and commercial buildings.
Working collaboratively, you will develop strong professional relationships, not just with clients and customers, but also with subcontractors, internal teams and wider stakeholders. Your ability to balance client satisfaction with business requirements will be key to your success.

Main Responsibilities
Operations
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programme, profitability, risks, opportunities, resources, and supply chain are effectively managed.
- Provide clear, accurate progress updates to leadership and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Lead all health, safety, environmental, and quality responsibilities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, high standards of workmanship, and accurate project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, authorities, and internal teams.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and on site.
- Work with the commercial team to prevent and manage disputes effectively.
- Provide clear leadership, promote collaboration, and uphold processes.
- Address performance issues promptly.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Significant experience delivering steel-frame buildings/structures
- Strong understanding of commercial matters on construction projects
- Chartered Membership of CIOB or another relevant body
- CSR/CSCS certification (or equivalent)
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme certification (5-day SMSTS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
