Role Overview
As Project Manager you will use an effective leadership and management style to deliver safe, timely, profitable and high-quality projects at our developments and build locations.

Role Overview
As Project Manager you will use an effective leadership and management style to deliver safe, timely, profitable and high-quality projects at our developments and build locations.
What you'll do
The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive
- Oversee the development and construction of projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, safely, on time, and to projected profit levels.
- Take responsibility for health, safety, environment, and quality matters by ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing policies and procedures across operations, promoting site safety, and driving continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the client on site and represent the company at progress meetings, and other forums, whilst always maintaining a professional manner. Delivering client satisfaction will be key to the role.
As Project Manager your main skills and experience will include:
- Extensive experience in the management of Construction projects
- Chartered CIOB Membership or other relevant body
- A Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering, with experience of implementing Engineering skills in the construction of Steel Frame buildings
- A positive awareness of the Commercial Management of site issues
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme
- CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent
- Relevant experience of client and end user engagement
- Experience in the Construction of Multi Storey Car Park works.
