To support the effective procurement, management and monitoring of Council contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, Council policies and best practice.
The postholder will assist in the delivery of value for money, transparent procurement processes and effective contract management arrangements across Council services.

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is progressing a £70 million redevelopment of the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, with practical completion scheduled for June 2028. In order to ensure operational readiness for opening, a series of business cases and procurement exercises will be required across a range of services, equipment, and operational functions.
In parallel, the Council’s Culture and Wellbeing Department is progressing a programme of harmonisation projects across its leisure estate which will also require procurement activity.
This role will be to coordinate and undertake the development of business cases, manage procurement activities, and develop maintenance and service contracts, ensuring value for money, compliance with governance, procurement regulations and effective contract performance. Fostering a ‘One Council’ Approach.
