Project Planner
Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining, and reviewing a Programme of Work.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements.
- Liaising with various site teams, specifically QS & PM.
- Produce marked up drawings relevant to the project phases.
- Report any planning issues to the senior project manager and site Management Team.
- Input to Monthly Progress Reports and Forecasts for Management Team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Regular reporting on project progress to management team on a project.
- Monitor project progress with as built programmes.
- Produce Procurement Schedules.
- Produce resource histograms relevant to capacity planning/labour.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
About you…
- Experience at both the tender and contract stages of projects including NEC.
- Experience of using Project Planning software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative, creative, and proactive with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner.

Working hours; Mon-Thurs 7:30-4:30
