​​​​​​​Job Summary
To assist with the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance and progress the economic development and regeneration of District with a particular focus on opportunities arising from current and emerging funding streams. The post holder will also assist in the management and implementation of funded revenue / capital projects, and management and administration of financial assistance programmes.

Hours of work
36 hours per week.
The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant.

Permanent

Work Pattern
Flexi 36 hours Monday to Friday
Hours of work are kept under review and may change in order to meet operational requirements, providing requisite notice.

Location
Downshire Civic Centre, Downpatrick or Warrenpoint Town Hall. 
The post holder may be required to transfer to other locations in accordance with any requirements stated in the Job Description, any reviews of service delivery or other requirements as may arise from time to time. Any amendments made to work location will be implemented following appropriate consultation and provision of reasonable notice.

Salary 
Scale SO2 SCP 28-30, currently £39,152 - £40,777 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked).
