We are seeking a detail oriented, organised and highly motivated Property & Facilities Assistant to join our Property Team. The Property & Facilities Assistant will manage administrative tasks within the Property department.
What you'll do
Efficiently manage and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate processing and cross-checking against original purchase orders for sign-off
Issuing purchase orders and other correspondence on instruction
Issue essential correspondence and maintain meticulous company records and documentation filing for all property and facilities tasks
Provide proactive administrative support to the Acquisition and Facilities Managers, helping to resolve property and facilities related issues
Manage the property & facilities administration and documentation filing
Assist in the upkeep and management of crucial portfolio management software systems
Assist in the procurement & filing of all property re-financing documentation
Completion of additional tasks as required to support the overall objectives of the Property Team.
What you'll need
Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
Confident communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential information and be discreet when dealing with sensitive issues
Strong administration, organisational & analytical skills
High Level of competency in the use of Information Technology
Proficient in Google Workspace is desirable

- €36,500 rising to €49,500 after 3 years
