Property Legal Executive

Moran & Ryan LLP is seeking to recruit an experienced Legal Executive to join their Real Estate team on a full time basis. This is an ideal opportunity to work with unrivalled clients and leading practitioners while enjoying work/life balance.

As a Legal Executive working on the Property team you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing transaction support and assistance;
• Managing straightforward sales transactions;
• Preparing and progressing applications for registration in the Land Registry and Registry of Deeds including attending to stamping, drafting forms and replying to queries;

The appropriate candidate should have experience of working in a busy Property department in a law firm and have the following qualities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;
• The ability to manage a busy workload supporting lawyers within the team;
• Strong IT Skills including competency in Word, Excel, Outlook, experience of case management systems and electronic working is desirable; and
• Excellent attention to detail.
