QA Packaging Compliance Officer Monaghan
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a QA Packing compliance officer based in the QMS & Operational Compliance Department, Monaghan. The successful candidate will report to the QA Manager and will provide independent QA oversight on all packaging operations. The QA Compliance Officer will work closely and in conjunction with Production packaging line staff, change control and existing QA to ensure all materials being packed are compliant and in accordance with required specifications.
Main Activities/Tasks:
• QA oversight and responsibility for all activities within the packing lines.
• Provide immediate Quality Support to existing QA / Packaging line staff on daily issues.
• Quality checks and routine monitoring of the set-up, operation and compliance of all packaging line operations from a quality perspective.
• Issuance and reconciliation of Production Control Records and Standard Packaging Requirement Specifications.
• Review and evaluation of temperature data-loggers.
• Responsibility for the issuing and approval of Working Copy Documents for recording of Data within the GMP environment.
• Assist with the collection and logging of QA retention samples.
• To undertake any ad hoc duties as required to sustain improvement and compliance of the Quality system within the Monaghan facility.
Essential Criteria:
Applicants must therefore demonstrate the following essential criteria on their application form in order to be considered:
• Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
• Experience in a Quality Assurance or Packaging role.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including a shift pattern.
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
• Ability to learn and utilise computerised systems for daily performance of tasks.
Desirable Criteria:
Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to applicants demonstrating the following desirable criteria:
• Knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems
