QPS Operastions Manager

Job Purpose:

A Senior Management Position within the organisation working with the Directorate Clinical Lead and key members of the QPS team has a range of responsibilities to deliver key operational and strategic objectives and ensure effective management and development of the Directorate services within allocated resources.

Responsible to the Directorate Clinical Lead the post-holder will work collaboratively with the Directorate Clinical Lead, QPS staff and relevant stakeholders across the hospital, to assist with the continual improvement of the quality of services to staff by ensuring services meet best practice standards, improving efficiency and effectiveness. The Directorate Operations Data/IT Manager will manage the directorate technology, budget and human resource with the assistance of assigned I.T, Finance and Human Resource business partners.
