Qualified Accountant OR Experienced, Fully Qualified Accounts Technician with 5 Years SME Practice Experience

We are currently seeking a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) Or an Experienced and Fully Qualified Accounts Technician (ATI) to join our team in Patrick Street, Kilkenny on a Full-Time Basis (‘A 4 Day Week will also be considered’).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the management of a Portfolio of Clients from a Varity of Businesses in the SME sector.
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Taxation returns to review stage for a diverse range of Sole Trade Businesses and Limited Companies.
• Working within a Team environment.
• Preparation of VAT, Payroll & Routine Company Secretarial Returns for clients.
• Assisting Audit Seniors with Audit File preparation for LTD & CLG Companies.

Requirements:

• It is essential that the candidate has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Small to Medium sized Practice environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• A high level of attention to detail

Starting salary:

Negotiable. A Highly paid and Competitive Salary will be made available depending on Experience and Qualifications (Including Private Pension options and other Benefits / Perks).

Working hours/contract:

• 5 days per week preferably 4 days per week will also be considered, where appropriate.
• 6-month probationary contract being offered initially
