Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant

Cunningham & Co. Accountants are seeking a Qualified/Part Qualified accountant to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in, Taghmon, Co. Wexford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients across various industry sectors.

Job Description

. Preparation of sole trader, partnership and company accounts.

. Preparation of income tax and corporation tax returns.

. Reconciliation of balance sheet items including VAT, Payroll, leases, hire purchases and fixed assets

. Preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

. Liaising with clients & assisting them meet their regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 plus years general accounting practice experience

· Results orientated approach

· Excellent technical abilities in accounting

· Strong financial acumen

· Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

· Ability to work on own initiative
