The Quality & Performance Manager will play a key role in embedding, implementing, and maintaining the quality standards associated with the College’s Apprenticeship and Work‑Based Learning (WBL) provision.
The postholder will support the monitoring and reporting of performance against Apprenticeship contract requirements, ensuring full compliance with operational requirements, data standards, and internal quality processes.
Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, MIS, employer engagement, and other support departments, the postholder will provide high‑quality data insights, manage compliance activity, and contribute to continuous improvement across the student lifecycle. The role will ensure that all learner journeys, documentation, and performance data meet the expectations of internal stakeholders, external regulators, and funding bodies.
This is a full time permanent position within the College. Closing date for applications is Friday 30th October 2026 at 12noon.
