The Role
The Quality Compliance Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing a team responsible for supporting QP (Qualified Person) Certification activities, ensuring timely delivery aligned with both customer expectations and regulatory standards. This leadership position involves managing workloads, monitoring performance against KPIs, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
The Team Leader is expected to foster a positive team environment, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous development through training and mentorship. They also act as the first point of escalation for issues, proactively resolving challenges and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
In addition to technical oversight, the role demands strong customer service capabilities. The Team Leader must build and maintain professional relationships with clients, promptly address queries and complaints, and support the Quality Compliance Manager in meeting customer commitments.
They are also responsible for promoting QP-related educational initiatives such as workshops and webinars, ensuring clients are well-informed about processes and timelines. By maintaining open communication with internal departments and providing regular updates to leadership, the Team Leader ensures seamless service delivery and contributes to the department’s continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Key Requirements
- Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) OR significant Team Leader experience
- Experience in a Quality, Regulatory or Manufacturing role

Desirable Requirements
- Experience of team management or supervision or significant mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience in a customer facing role

This position offers a fully flexible working pattern between 06:00 and 22:00, with a minimum commitment of five hours per day. Hybrid working will also be available following successful completion of probation.
