SGS GAS (Gas Analysis Services) a fast-growing organisation have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Quality Document Controller to join their dynamic team.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain and enhance our quality documentation systems. The ideal candidate will combine meticulous attention to detail with a proactive approach to process improvement that supports our organisations growth.
This role is essential in upholding our documentation standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting our organisation's commitment to excellence.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in gas testing requirements and procedures
- Build comprehensive knowledge of gas instrumentation requirements and procedures
- Master laboratory requirements and procedures
- Gain full understanding of all aspects of the GAS ISO17025 quality management system
- Manage and control the filing of quality documentation
- Review project data against required specifications, including test reports and certificates
- Assist in quality review of internal documents such as work instructions and validation protocols
- Support internal audit processes
- Contribute to quality investigations
- Provide documentation support for customer and regulatory audits
- Promote a positive culture and support all departments
- Maintain health and safety standards for yourself, colleagues, and clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quality role within a regulated environment would be desirable
- Qualification in a relevant field would be beneficial but full training will be given.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Advanced PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated with ability to work under own initiative

Salary Range: €30,000 - €38,000 per annum (DOE)
