Quality Manager

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a high-performing, passionate Quality Manager to join the team based in Ireland. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. 

The salary range for this role is €45k-50k depending on experience. 

This is a permanent work-from-home position based in Ireland so, the only commute you’ll have to worry about is getting to your home desk.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide day-to-day oversight and functional supervision of the Quality team, including coaching, development, and performance management responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain guidance to management and others on quality framework and quality programs and processes.
  • Provides guidance to management and others on evaluating a project, system, and/or product performance to ensure compliance with requirements and standards and formulating and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participates in business reviews and calibrations with our partners
  • Develops, implements, and monitors plans used to address potential challenges and/or opportunities in the account, system and/or product. 
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance and initiatives to senior management and partner. 

  • Recruit and Mentor a high performing quality team 
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization 

YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management with a good understanding of the BPO industry 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights. 
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients. 

  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus. 

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a commitment to developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
