Full Time Position

Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community based Residential, Respite and Outreach Support service supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to live in community-based homes or avail of breaks in the respite service. We currently provide services in Navan, Ashbourne, and Kells Co. Meath.

The QSC Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation's quality assurance, regulatory compliance, governance and risk management frameworks.

Personal/Professional Specification:

• A recognised third-level qualification (Level 8 minimum on the National Framework of Qualifications) in one or more of the following:

➢ Social Care/Nursing

➢ Health & Social Care Management

➢ Quality/Safety Management

➢ Healthcare Governance or risk management

➢ Disability Studies

• Minimum five years' management or senior specialist experience within disability, health or social care services.

• Significant experience working within HIQA-regulated services.

• Proven experience managing compliance, audits and quality improvement programmes.

• Experience leading HIQA registration, re-registration and inspection processes.

• Experience preparing governance reports for senior leadership teams or Boards.

• Experience developing policies, procedures and quality frameworks.

• Experience managing organisational action plans and achieving measurable service improvements.

• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and multiple service locations.
