The Role

The Quality Systems Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in the administration and maintenance of the electronic Learning Management System (LMS) for all sites within the company. This individual will serve as the global business unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the LMS, executing data entry tasks, creating training curricula, addressing and troubleshooting LMS issues, and generating reports to support client audits and departmental curricula review.

Additionally, the role involves collating data for Quality Systems key performance indicators, and performing administrative tasks to support the global Quality Systems team. The successful candidate for this role will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, maintain a positive attitude, and work with a consistently high standard, even when under pressure.

The individual will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work successfully within a team environment. Additionally, the role requires efficient time management, independent prioritisation of daily activities, and a highly motivated and organised approach. This versatile position also involves other duties as they become apparent, emphasising the need for adaptability and initiative within the role.

Key Requirements

· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK

· 5 GCSE subjects (to include English Language and Mathematics) at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

· Previous experience in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Further Information

The working pattern for his role is a flex pattern between the hours of 07:00 – 19:00 with core ours of 10:00 – 16:00.
