We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Receptionist/ Admin Support Grade I to join our team in Cork, Childrens Services, The Lavanagh Centre, Curraheen, Cork.

Contract Type: Permanent and Part-time

Contract Hours: 14.25 hours per week (Monday to Tuesday 1.45 to 4.45 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2.00 to 4.45)

Salary Scale: €11,552- €18,721 per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)

This pay scale is subject to increases in 2026 in accordance with the recent WRC agreement towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.

Annual Leave Entitlement: Annual leave entitlement is 30 days pro-rata for less hours

The post-holder will provide front of house reception duties and a wide range of general administration supports to the service as required.

The successful candidate will have

Essential Criteria:

· Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education

· A minimum of 1 years’ reception/front of house experience

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Full Clean Drivers Licence

· Access to own transport

Desirable Criteria:

· Qualification in administration

· Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector.

· ECDL or similar
