The ideal person will have / be:

Essential:
• At least two years’ experience in a Customer Service role.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for excellence in customer service.

Desirable:
• Previous experience operating a busy switchboard.
• Experience of working in the motor trade.
