Receptionist
McGrath Mullan Solicitors are seeking a full time Receptionist/Secretarial Assistant to join their growing, city centre-based team.

Duties:
- Reception duties include managing the phones in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
- Management, logging, and scanning of daily post.
- Archiving, photocopying, emailing, and scanning of documents as required.
- Preparation and completing outgoing daily post.
- Daily banking duties.
Requirements:
- Strong people skills, multi-tasking skills, and communication skills are essential.
- Strong IT skills and experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure and learn quickly.
- Very high attention to detail and organisational skills.
McGrath Mullan Solicitors are open to applicants who have some receptionist/office administration experience, but who have not worked in a legal setting before. They will provide training, and there will be career development opportunities for the right candidate.
