Receptionist

TTM Healthcare Solutions, Recruitment Agency of the Year 2022, is recognised as the largest healthcare talent solutions specialist in Ireland.
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our tribe based in TTM’s Ennis HQ on a part-time basis. We are looking for an experienced professional who is a self-starter, ambitious and has experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
•Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
•Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
•Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
•Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
•Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
•Maintain office supplies and ensure front office materials are well-stocked
•Working hours - 9.00am-2.00pm Monday to Friday

The Ideal Candidate
•Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
•Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
