The role of a Recreation Facilitator

The person appointed will work as a member of the day services team in the Recreation Department facilitating the choices of and delivering supports to people who use services. Activities such as independent living skills, community integration, personal development, occupational and leisure activities will be utilised within the context of a person centred approach to service provision.
