Recruiter
Role Summary
This role supports Microsoft's Early Careers hiring across the EMEA region. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, graduates, apprentices, and research talent, from application review through offer acceptance. The position also involves coordinating hiring events, supporting talent programs, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Selection
Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct first-round virtual interviews
Assess candidate fit against hiring requirements
Move top talent efficiently through the hiring process
Assessment Centres
Organize and facilitate assessment centres
Coordinate candidate communications
Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience
Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Offer Management
Prepare and extend offers
Negotiate compensation and start dates
Manage offer acceptance process
Close candidates effectively
Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers and program teams
Align on hiring targets and candidate quality
Provide hiring updates and market insights
Program Support
Support intern and apprentice programs
Coordinate hiring events and recruitment campaigns
Help ensure smooth onboarding experiences
Compliance & Market Awareness
Understand employment regulations
Track visa/work authorization requirements
Monitor talent market trends and competitor activity
Use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes
Must-Have Skills
Recruiting Experience
Early careers recruiting, campus recruiting, graduate recruiting, or university recruiting experience
Experience screening and interviewing candidates
Experience managing offers and closing candidates
Program Management
Experience coordinating recruitment programs, internship programs, graduate programs, or similar initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Ability to work with hiring managers and multiple business teams
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to represent employer brand professionally
Candidate Experience
Proven ability to manage candidates through the end-to-end hiring process
Organization
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
Tools
ATS experience (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.)
Microsoft Office proficiency
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Language
Fluent English

Location: Ireland (Remote)
Duration 8 months 12 days
Pay Range: €194/day to €218/day (PAYE)
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
