About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment across our nursing homes. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Support onboarding and recruitment documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers
- Liaise with agencies and support job advertising
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and recruitment processes
About You
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or admin support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and systems
