Recruitment Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage our recruitment function across all divisions of the business. This is a high-impact, high-volume role responsible for delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring roles are filled efficiently with high-quality talent while maintaining a positive and professional candidate journey at all times.
This is a busy, fast-paced position supporting ongoing recruitment across a wide range of roles including technical, operational, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment function across all business divisions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements
- Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions
- Advertise roles across appropriate platforms and channels
- Proactively source candidates using various methods including direct sourcing and talent pipelines
- Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently and effectively
- Attend and support all interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct reference checks and manage the formal offer process
- Ensure a professional, positive, and engaging candidate experience at all stages
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment guidance
- Track recruitment activity and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding
- The role is supported by one HR administrator, however, full ownership and leadership of the function sits with the Recruitment Manager.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment role
- Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across technical and operational roles within our industry
- Experience attending and supporting interviews at all levels
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline and/or substantial experience in a senior recruitment role within a high-volume technical environment.
- Industry experience is essential.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting for roles including:
- Project Managers
- Engineers
- Trades (Electricians, Fitters)
- Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators and Supervisors
- Manufacturing and Warehouse roles
- Administrative, Finance, and IT positions
