Bryson Charitable Group requires:
Recruitment Officer
(Ref: B/RO/B/24)

Permanent
35 hours per week
Monday-Friday (1pm Friday finish)
£25,000-£27,000 per annum

Job Purpose:

As a Recruitment Officer you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of recruitment activities in collaboration with the wider HR and Operational teams. You will be expected to develop creative sourcing techniques, source high calibre candidates utilising the appropriate recruiting channels and ensure best practice recruitment processes are adhered to.

Essential Criteria:

• 1+ years’ relevant experience in a fast paced HR function/recruitment function
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Experience of writing job descriptions and adverts for a variety of positions
• Educated to A level or equivalent
• Access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
• Feel comfortable working to tight deadlines and achieving recruitment targets
