A permanent vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-
Regeneration Capital Development Officer
37 Hours per week
Scale PO3, SCP 34-37 Currently £45,091 - £48,226 per annum)
Location: The location of this post will be confirmed following the appointment process and may be subject to review as part of the review of services
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the delivery of assigned projects and to support the development of the regeneration capital programme and the strategic projects programme of work to include:-
Delivery of the regeneration and capital plan on time and within budget.
Delivery of a quality project(s) meeting needs of both Council and end users.
Provide advice and guidance on regeneration related matters.
Work in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders, from both an advocacy / facilitation and direct delivery perspective to ensure delivery of regeneration and development projects and initiatives.

The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form.
