Regional Retail Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail locations throughout Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores under their supervision.

Essential Criteria

• At least 3 years retail management experience ideally within a retail pharmacy environment
• Hold a full, current driving licence and have use of a car, or access to a form of transport that will enable you to fully meet the requirements of the role.
• Willingness and ability to travel, if required, including outside of Northern Ireland
• Demonstrable understanding of category management
• Evidence of sound business acumen and a strong commercial knowledge of the challenges and opportunities inthe Northern Ireland Pharmacy Sector
• Excellent IT skills, including working experience of McLernons EPOS and Microsoft Office (in particular Word/Excel).
