Opportunity

Aurivo Consumer Foods is looking to hire a Relief Driver / Warehouse Operative to join the team in Consumer Foods Achonry. This is a hands-on role that combines delivery driving when needed with general warehouse duties, including packing and dispatching dairy products. We're looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and takes pride in working safely and delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties (Relief Basis):

• Deliver dairy products to retail and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with all road safety and driving regulations.
• Carry out pre- and post-delivery vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure accurate and safe loading and unloading of goods.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including handling delivery documentation.

Warehouse Operative Duties:

• Picking orders for despatch, loading and unloading, stock control
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene/housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
• Accurate completion of all necessary records and documentation
• Assist with other duties on site as assigned
• Flexibility working hours covering weekends and annual leave

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full, clean Category C driving licence is essential.
• Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and digital tachograph card (if applicable).
• Previous experience in a similar driving or warehouse role is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of health and safety and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours.
• Forklift experience desirable not essential full training will be provide
