Relief Receptionist

Hours to include:

  • Standard office hours

Applicants must possess the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Receptionist/Customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative
  • The ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams within the medical profession and to deal with general phone calls and email queries
  • Have excellent IT skills and be proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
