About the Role:
The role is positioned within the Risk Technology and Transformation team where we manage the Risk Function’s planning, monitor and report performance and provide oversight of the operations of Risk, including People and Engagement, Risk Finances and Workforce, Transformation Enablement, Financial and Non-Financial Risk Enablement, and Office of the CRO.
Key accountabilities:
- Collating, analysing, and interpreting complex data with the focus on developing robust reporting tools.
- Presenting to Senior Management and various stakeholders across the Group, leading to insight and action development.
- Providing excellent service with an emphasis on delivering timely results, effective escalation, and issue resolution.
- Fostering strong and engaging relationships with stakeholders, ensuring highly effective communication, and prompting mutual understanding.
- Actively engaging in learning, processes improvement, and problem solving and contributing to the department’s strategy, as well as providing ad hoc support, as required.
