APC Microbiome Ireland are currently establishing a program to examine the mechanisms by which a subset of lymphocytes, called Tp7 cells, become differentiated and activated in asthma patients. We require a Research Assistant to join our team to establish the laboratory cell culture models required to assess Tp7 differentiation and proliferation in vitro.
Applicants should have prior experience of working with human biological materials, particularly human immune cells, and should be familiar with primary cell culture techniques and flow cytometry.

Salary: €23,061 - €35,922 p.a. (IUA Salary Scale)
