The company specialises in residential, commercial and agricultural solar solutions and is focused on delivering excellent workmanship, customer service and aftercare throughout every installation.

Role Overview

This role is focused on attending pre-qualified residential solar appointments, conducting in-home consultations, educating homeowners on solar solutions, and converting opportunities into sales. You will be provided with 15–18 pre-qualified sales visits per week.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face selling, is highly personable, organised, motivated by performance, and wants to build a career within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

– Attend residential solar consultations with homeowners

– Conduct home energy and solar suitability assessments

– Explain the benefits of solar PV systems and battery storage

– Present tailored solar solutions and quotations

– Build trust and rapport with customers

– Follow Sunergy Solar’s sales process and customer journey

– Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates

– Follow up with customers after appointments where required

– Work closely with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth handover after sale

– Represent the Sunergy Solar brand professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Confident face-to-face presenter

– Full clean driving licence

– Organised and self-motivated

– Comfortable working independently

– Strong customer service approach

– Professional appearance and attitude

– Previous sales experience (desirable)

– Experience in home improvement, construction, renewables or direct sales (desirable)
