About the Role

Broadline Recruiters are currently recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a busy 4-star hotel in Carlow. This is an excellent opportunity for a standards-driven hospitality professional to lead a quality restaurant operation, deliver excellent guest service and support strong food and beverage performance within a professional hotel environment.

Your Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily restaurant operations, service standards and team performance

• Leading, training and motivating the restaurant team

• Delivering excellent guest service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and hotel events

• Managing reservations, table plans, service flow and guest feedback

• Working closely with the kitchen, bar, events and senior hotel management teams

• Supporting rosters, stock control, labour costs and operational standards

• Maintaining strong food and beverage service standards at all times

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, HACCP and hotel operating procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Experience within a 4-star hotel or quality hospitality environment

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Excellent food and beverage service knowledge

• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, sales and standards

• Professional, hands-on and guest-focused approach

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy hotel service periods

Salary & Benefits

• Salary guide of €42,000–€45,000

• Full-time permanent position
