We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort.

• We are looking for someone who enjoys a high level of guest contact, as at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort we believe in giving an instinctive and personal experience to all our guests. This exciting position requires a natural host who can multi-task and prioritise their daily work.
• The candidate is required to have a proven background in Food and Beverage with demonstrated ability in Guest Service, Financial Returns and Employee Engagement.
• The candidate will be specifically employed to focus on the level of service in our restaurant, by developing the teams’ personal interactions with our guests & clients, and improving overall service consistency.
• Operational presence during service periods will be expected in order to achieve and exceed overall targets.
• The ideal candidate must have very strong food and beverage knowledge and enjoy working in a small, motivated team, with the confidence to work autonomously.
