Retail Assistant

Objective:

Delight customers by exceeding expectations on every visit. The Retail Assistant supports the Management Team to ensure customers experience the best quality, service, and cleanliness. Interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner.

Responsibilities.

Customer Care:

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively and pleasantly with customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer to the store manager when needed.

Operational & Store Presentation:

• Accurately process sales, handle payments, and bag purchases.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Keep the store tidy and organized.

Food Service:

• Prepare food in compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Monitor temperatures and maintain HACCP records.
• Ensure food safety and prevent contamination.

General:

• Follow instructions, learn new skills, and maintain a friendly, professional manner.
• Demonstrate strong people skills, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a good work ethic.
