Full Time, 40 hrs per week, some weekend work required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable customer focused Retail Assistant to join our team in the Curragh. For the right candidate this position has the potential to evolve into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving customers
• Handling cash & operating tills
• Cashing up at the end of the day
• Act as a keyholder including opening & closing the store as required
• Assisting with stock taking
• Supporting the Store Managers in daily operations
• Monitoring stock levels, merchandising, and ensuring the store is well presented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
• A hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving
• Customer-focused with a positive and friendly attitude
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and flexible
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Equestrian knowledge
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Confident handling cash
• Eager to grow within the role

Desirable

• Experience in large scale retail or similar
