“Starting the AIB graduate programme has really made the transition from college to working life an easy one. It has given us graduates the opportunity to start work in a very supportive and encouraging workplace. We are always encouraged to speak our minds and also given the opportunity to work closely with senior bank members. The graduates are also encouraged to further their education and are given the support they need to pursue further qualifications. Also, the engagement and organisation from the programme coordinators gives a real sense of community among the graduates as a whole, making the programme extremely enjoyable.”
