Retail Marketing Specialist

EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people.

Retail Marketing Specialist - This is based in our Galway head office

Key Responsibilities

• Store Marketing Activation
• Plan and deliver local store marketing campaigns to support sales, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
• Partner with store managers to understand local opportunities and tailor activity accordingly.
• Ensure brand consistency in all in-store communications and POS materials.
• Campaign Management & Reporting
• Support the roll-out of nationwide marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Relationship Management
• Build strong working relationships with store managers.
• Act as the go-to point of contact for marketing-related queries from stores.
• Content & Communications
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate in-store campaigns with online activity.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a retail-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving footfall and sales through local and national campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
• Confident in building relationships and influencing at all levels of the business.
• Competent in marketing performance reporting and comfortable with data-driven insights.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to stores nationwide.
