  • What You’ll Do:

    In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

  • Work closely with team members in the Retail Operations team to ensure Primark’s labour planning systems are kept up to date with applicable data.
  • Work with various stakeholders across Retail and Head office to update, collate and maintain data that impacts the Retail Labour model.
  • Manage a calendar of maintenance activities across the year to ensure our models reflect the most up to date business information.
  • Support on communications to stores and other key stakeholders on topics relevant to the labour planning team.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the day to day running and operations of the WFM systems and Labour Model

  • Have strong administration skills to support operational requirements
  • Possess the ability to work alongside Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
  • Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
