Retail Sales Assistant

This role is suitable for someone who has worked in the Agri, Equine or Pet retail industry and is absolutely passionate about customer service.

Role Outline

The successful candidate will join our retail team in Kilkenny City, where they will be working across multiple departments to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers in this busy store.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a successful, energetic and driven retail team.

Role responsibilities: -

• Fulfilling online orders - using the order management system to download invoices and shipping documents in preparation for order packaging
• Packing of orders and preparation of shipments in a timely manner for collection by the shipping provider
• Working within our busy warehouse – assisting customers with bulk feed orders
• Adhering to security and safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard
• Assisting in our Outdoor Pursuits Department – helping customers to choose equipment and accessories, and providing excellent customer service
