Retail Sales Assistant (Keyholder) €14.50-€16 per hour

We’re looking for a reliable and confident team member to join our menswear store in Galway (Edward Square).

This role includes keyholder responsibilities, so it would suit someone with retail or customer service experience who is comfortable taking responsibility when needed.

Immediate start available.

The Role

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with suit fittings and styling
• Help customers choose the right products with confidence
• Process sales and handle transactions
• Maintain high store standards and presentation
• Support the day-to-day running of the shop floor
• Open and close the store as a keyholder (full training provided)

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Friendly, confident, and professional with customers
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
