Knowledge, skills and abilities

· Confidence in engaging with a variety of customers and understanding their needs.

· Clear, effective communication skills with a strong ability to explain products and services.

· A positive, target-driven mind-set with a passion for providing great service.

· Interest in mobile phones, broadband, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in retail or sales is desirable, but relevant life experience will also be considered.

· A strong customer focus and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
