The Role 

Soundstore is seeking a passionate and commercially driven Retail Manager to lead our New ENNIS Superstore.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys delivering results, developing people and creating an excellent experience for every customer. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the store, driving sales and profitability while ensuring consistently high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock control and store operations. 

With a wide range of home appliances, televisions, audio and technology products, our customers rely on us for knowledgeable advice and service they can trust. You will lead from the front, helping your team understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services. 

About You

✅ A strong sense of commercial awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability

The ideal candidate will have: 

✅ Previous Management experience. 

✅ A proven record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance. 

✅ Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills. 

✅ Excellent communication and customer-service skills. 

✅ Strong organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
